OSH Template Update: Goblin

Last but not least, the Goblin. This was one of the most problematic for me structurally, if not thematically. I’ve smoothed it out to be more consistent with how I think the game should run, and I’ve added a slightly different flavor to it. Mechanically, I think the goblin is just as hard core as it was to begin with. I adjusted it to work more cleanly.
